Getting to Val Thorens
Travelling to Val Thorens can be an exciting part of your adventure. Here are our tips for easy and convenient…
We know the importance of putting you in the right ski or snowboard lesson based on your ability. Understanding what to expect from lessons helps to prepare you better.
Our guide and videos help you find your skill level. They help you choose the right lesson or adventure for your ability. Please note that our levels show your current skills, not what you’ll learn.
We offer ski and snowboard lessons for all ages (3 years +) and abilities. The lessons bring together people of similar levels and help them improve. All while building their confidence with the support of experienced instructors.
Our group lessons create a friendly environment. Everyone learns together, so it’s stress-free. We know that learning a new skill as an adult can be scary. So, we recommend adult group ski lessons to help you improve your skills in a social setting.
Teenagers can choose between our teen-specific lessons or joining our adult group lessons. But we recommend that younger teenagers join our FreeRide or Pro ride sessions. They’re fast-paced and fun, and the distance and skills they cover in a week are impressive. Older teens who’ve outgrown kids’ lessons can join our adult group lessons.
We don’t have set snowboard levels for kids, but children can learn with adults from age 13. Or take private snowboard lessons starting at six years old.
We advise you to carefully read the levels and watch the videos for clarity before booking. This will ensure you book the right group lesson for your skill level. But if you find yourself in the wrong group during the booking process, don’t worry. Our team will do their best to move you to a more suitable level. Our primary focus is ensuring everyone has a great time, and finding the right level is crucial.
