Get to know Ulrik

Hi, I’m Ulrik, and I’ve been passionate about skiing since I first hit the slopes at nine years old. My journey began with lessons from a Danish instructor in Livigno, and ever since, the mountains have felt like home, especially during those cherished holiday adventures. While I haven’t competed, the thrill of alpine skiing keeps me coming back for more. One of my fondest memories is from a New Year’s Eve, touring up a mountain with my instructor and friends to watch the fireworks light up the sky.

The joy I find in skiing is something I’m eager to share with others, which is why I became a ski instructor. There’s nothing quite like witnessing the moment someone realizes they’ve improved or, even better, when they feel the sheer joy of skiing for the first time. When the snow melts, I switch gears to summer activities, working hard to save for the winter while keeping active with running, cycling, swimming, and general fitness. I’m always looking to learn and grow, whether it’s picking up Italian or pursuing my dream of becoming a doctor.
