Get to know Sarah

Hello! I’m Sarah. My journey on the slopes began when I was just three years old, taught by my dad and the Københavns Skiklub. While I didn’t grow up in the mountains of Denmark, I spent many holidays skiing with my family, fostering a lifelong passion for the sport.

I’ve been skiing my entire life, and although I’ve never competed at an elite level, I’ve enjoyed participating in fun races and was part of my boarding school’s ski line. The excitement of skiing has always been a significant part of my life, and it only grew when I completed the first part of the Danish ski instructor course during the COVID period. After boarding school, I advanced in my training and began teaching at Københavns Skiklub. Now, with three years of instructing under my belt, I teach skiing in St Anton.

I became a ski instructor because I admired the instructors at Københavns Skiklub and aspired to be like them since I was little. It’s incredibly rewarding to meet new people and see their excitement grow as they improve their skiing skills. Sharing my passion for skiing and helping others enjoy it as much as I do is why I love what I do.

When I’m not on the slopes, I love to stay active with running, strength training, and water sports like SUP and kayaking. I also enjoy playing soccer, volleyball, and have recently picked up tennis.
