How to Enter

1. Capture your favourite skiing or snowboarding moment during your lessons with New Generation.
2. Post the photo or video to your Instagram or TikTok.
3. Tag @skinewgen and @ellisbrigham.
4. Use the hashtag #NewGenMoments.
5. The lucky winner will be picked randomly on 15 April 2025.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The winner(s) will be selected randomly using a number generator on 01/04/2025. Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform within 5 days of the selection. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Entry Process: To enter, participants must tag @skinewgen and @ellisbrigham, as well as use the #ngmoments. The competition runs from 01/12/2024 to 31/03/2025. Multiple entries per person are permitted. The competition is exclusively available to individuals who have booked lessons with New Generation Ski and Snowboard LTD between 1st December 2024 and 31st March 2025.

Prize Details: The prize consists of a 1000€ voucher for New Generation Ski and Snowboard School, a pair of ski boots and professional fitting at Ellis Brigham, and a Large North Face Duffle Bag in taupe. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. New Generation reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

Winner Selection and Notification: The winner(s) will be selected randomly using a number generator on 01/04/2025. Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform within 5 days of the selection. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. Rights and Ownership: By entering, participants grant New Generation Ski and Snowboard Limited and Ellis Brigham the right to use their username, profile picture, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Participants retain ownership of their submitted content but grant New Generation Ski and Snowboard Limited and Ellis Brigham a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purposes of this competition and related promotional activities.

Liability and Indemnity: New Generation Ski and Snowboard isn’t responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries or for technical issues that may prevent entry submission. Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless New Generation Ski and Snowboard Ltd and its affiliates from any liability associated with this competition.

Modifications and Termination: New Generation Ski and Snowboard Limited reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on New Generation’s website and social media channels.

Data Protection: Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and in accordance with current data protection legislation. Winners‘ names may be published on New Generation Ski and Snowboard Limited’s social media channels and website.

General: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. The promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, in each respect, including non-contractual claims.
