Get to know Kris

Hi there! I’m Kristoffer Galskjøt, but you can call me Kris. Skiing has been part of my life since I was two, thanks to my parents and the ski schools that introduced me to this exhilarating sport. Growing up, I spent my holidays skiing in Austria and The Alps, which sparked my lifelong passion for the slopes. At 19, I took my skiing to the next level by enrolling in instructor courses, and skiing transformed from a cherished hobby into a career.

Since my early years, I’ve been driven by the dream of becoming a ski instructor. There’s nothing quite like witnessing students overcome their fears and achieve milestones on the slopes. Teaching allows me to share my love for skiing and help others experience the captivating beauty of the mountains.

Outside of teaching, I relish off-piste adventures, exploring deep powder, and tackling the technical challenges of park skiing. Occasionally, I switch things up with some snowboarding. Off the snow, I love everything water-related, from waterskiing to wakeboarding and boating. It’s all about staying active and connected with nature.

In the summer, I dive into my passion for watersports, while also enjoying a relaxing time under the sun.
