Get to know Gio

Hello! I’m Giorgia Rossi, but you can call me Gio. My love affair with skiing began at the tender age of four, thanks to my dad who introduced me to the slopes. Although I didn’t grow up in the mountains, skiing on holidays quickly became a treasured part of my childhood. I initially embraced the thrill of racing, but eventually found my true calling in the freedom and creativity of freeride skiing. One of my fondest memories is skiing through the woods with my ski club as a child—those moments are etched in my heart.

Beyond skiing, I have a unique passion for cheese-making, which I pursue as a second job. With a degree in Language and Literatures, I am equipped to teach in multiple languages—English, French, Italian, and Spanish—making my lessons accessible to a diverse range of learners.

During the summer months, I enjoy working with animals and indulging in hobbies like ice skating, tennis, and sailing. These activities keep me invigorated and ready to embrace the next ski season with renewed energy. I look forward to sharing my passion for skiing with you and helping you find joy on the slopes!
