Get to know Tommy

Hello, I’m Tommaso Tavola, but you can call me Tommy. My journey on the slopes began at the tender age of three, guided by my dad’s passion for skiing. Growing up in the picturesque town of Lecco, Italy, I spent my childhood surrounded by the majestic mountains, skiing every chance I got, whether it was winter or summer on the glacier.

From the age of six, I was on the competitive skiing circuit with Sci Club Lecco, eventually competing in FIS competitions. Slalom was my forte, and those years instilled in me a profound love for speed and the art of carving. My fondest memories are of the friendships forged on the snow-covered Alps and the countless adventures we shared.

The natural progression from athlete to instructor was seamless for me. I am driven by a passion to teach and share the exhilaration of outdoor sports. For the past 11 years, I’ve been fortunate to spend my days in the breathtaking resorts of Val Thorens, Meribel, and Courchevel.

During the summer months, you’ll find me on the golf course, both playing and teaching. I also enjoy staying active with Crossfit. Whether on the slopes or the fairway, the mountains or the greens, my journey is about sharing the joy of these sports with others and living every moment to the fullest.
