It’s a great choice for those who want to enjoy off-piste skiing without travelling far.
You can choose from different routes based on your skill level, and it’s a unique area where you can explore new paths each day. The run starts near Aiguille Percée and ends in Tignes Les Brévières, making it one of the longest descents in the resort with a 1200m drop in altitude.
The Glacier de la Grande Motte also provides challenging terrain, pristine pistes and the chance to ski over 3,000 metres. The Petite Balme is a north-facing ski run, offering three main variations and playful features like small drops and kickers. The high elevation ensures reliable snow coverage, but watch out for rocks at the start and end of the season.
