I cannot recommend him enough!

"I’d had indoor lessons before but hadn’t been on a mountain yet. We ended up with Pascal for private lessons and I cannot recommend him enough! He was incredibly patient with our group Of 3 newbies and offered different advice to each of us based on our strengths and weaknesses which really helped to improve us all! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly and chatty. He also took a few pictures and videos of us on the slope. Thank you Pascal for being an absolute gent and reading us for the slopes. I cannot recommend him enough! Best money I spent on the entire trip :)"

Pascal was excellent

"My son was having his 1st go at snowboarding. His instructor Pascal was excellent, spoke great English and made the lesson really fun and enjoyable. Ollie progressed brilliantly and Pascal gave us a video to watch at the end of the lesson which was a really nice addition."

We couldn’t have asked for a better instructor

"Wow!! Absolutely fantastic. Had snowboarding lessons for a week with Pascal (first time snowboarding), I couldn’t imagine better. Firstly the company were fabulous, we had to move it 3 years in a row due to covid and they were more than accommodating doing this for us. Now onto Pascal. He was an incredible instructor, very patient, knowledgeable, we started off knowing hardly anything and finished the week being able to confidently snowboard! Would highly recommend new generation and especially lessons with Pascal, we couldn’t have asked for a better instructor, it honestly made our week having these lessons with Pascal! If you're going to book, 10000% book with him!"

Get to know Pascal

I’m Pascal Prot, and my love for the slopes began at 12 during a family holiday. Growing up just outside Paris, skiing was initially a holiday thrill, but it quickly became a lifelong passion. By 18, I had taken up snowboarding, and this dual love for the mountains led me to earn my French qualification in 2014. Since then, I’ve been sharing my enthusiasm with students in the breathtaking resort of Tignes.

One of my most unforgettable experiences was riding alongside snowboarding legend Eero Ettala and Olympic gold medalist Øystein Bråten in Sweden, thanks to an invitation from a major American snowsport company. It was a week that solidified my longing to share such magical mountain moments with others.

Why did I choose to become an instructor? It’s simple—I adore the mountains and love helping people of all ages discover their magic. Seeing someone’s face light up when they master a new skill or discover something new about the mountain is incredibly rewarding.

When I’m not on the slopes, I’m diving into the skies. With over 6,000 skydives under my belt, I have a passion for capturing the beauty of both the mountains and the sport through photography. In the summer, my focus shifts to professional skydiving, where I teach from basic skills to freestyle techniques. My interests don’t stop there; I’m also drawn to motorsports, particularly go-karting, and I keep my finger on the pulse of ski technology by working as a Skiman during peak weeks and managing social media for skydiving centres.
