Get to know Sofia

I’m Sofia, and skiing has been a huge part of my life since I picked it up at seven, thanks to my family and ski school. I didn’t grow up in the mountains, but skiing on holidays ignited a passion that I’ve really leaned into in recent years. I even joined a ski line at my school and wrapped up a ski season last year, which deepened my love for the sport.

Alpine skiing is my favourite, and nothing beats the excitement of skiing fresh powder with my ski instructor buddies. My best skiing memory? A perfect day off-piste, surrounded by pristine snow and awesome company.

Becoming a ski instructor felt like a no-brainer because I just LOVE skiing! There’s nothing like the joy of teaching others, helping them improve, and seeing their confidence grow on the slopes. Oh, and I’ve got this funny talent—I can dance like a pro in my ski boots!

In the summer, I focus on making money for my next skiing adventure while staying fit and hanging out with friends and family. I love cycling, dancing, and exercising, which keeps me active all year round.
