On our intermediate skiing courses, you’ll spend six hours each day with our team, led by local instructors who will help you assess your current skills and compare them to those of an ideal skier. With small, personalized groups, you’ll receive expert instruction tailored to your needs, focusing on building a strong foundation before introducing new skills and techniques to enhance your performance.
Throughout the week, you’ll engage in various aspects of performance and goal setting, helping you understand where you’re now and establish achievable goals. You’ll work on building balance through the effective use of your ankles, knees, and hips, and gain insights into steering movements—what makes a ski turn and what you can control.
The course works on skiing dynamically and helps you identify performance indicators and training techniques to improve your skiing. Timing and coordination will also be crucial as you learn when and why to use these skills, all under the guidance of expert instructors dedicated to your growth and success.
