Our Les Arcs Ski School is centrally located in the extensive Paradiski ski area in France. Our team of instructors offer ski, snowboard, group and private lessons to any age or ability. We welcome everyone to join us on the mountain, from beginner skiers here for the first time, young children, and right up to those who want to go ski touring and descent the North Face of the Bellecôte! Our ski school in Les Arcs have got it covered.

Is Les Arcs good for beginners?
Les Arcs is a brilliant resort for families as well as beginners. There are plenty of beginner-friendly areas, gentle slopes and sectioned off fun areas for kids to find their feet. The easiest graded runs on the piste map and green and blue, which are scattered right across the ski area.

How do you get to Les Arcs?
If you’re arriving by air then you’ll probably fly into either Grenoble, Lyon or Geneva. The following transfer companies offer airport transfers, either private or sometimes shared:
Les Arcs Private Ski Transfers – Snowlinx
It’s about a 9hr drive once in France to reach Les Arcs. The benefits of driving are no luggage restrictions and the option of an extra day skiing during a week’s holiday but the tolls can be quite pricey on the motorways so something to consider.
Eurostar runs direct day trains to the French Alps on Saturdays between December-April and direct night trains on Fridays from January-April.
Trains leave from St Pancras International in London and Ashford in Kent, direct to Bourg-Saint-Maurice then you can use the funicular and the free shuttle buses to get around Les Arcs area.

Les Arcs is a snow-sure resort sitting at 2000m. The snow sticks around long into the spring and is well protected by the Paradiski resort teams who manage the snow all season long.

The closest airport to Les Arcs is Chambery. But most of our customers find it to be cheaper with more choice when flying to Geneva or Lyon. Both Geneva & Lyon are around 2.5 hours away via transfer.

Mille8 – La Piscine – Arc 1800: This huge 3800m² centre incorporates an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, water jets, bubble beds, massage jets, fitness room with gym and cardio equipment, spa with 2 steam rooms and 2 saunas, relaxation room and showers.
Centre Équestre Ranch El Colorado: The “Ranch El Colorado” equestrian centre is open all year round and offers activities based around the horse in an enjoyable atmosphere: rides, riding lessons and courses. carriage driving, ski jeering and riding shows.
