Les Gets is an excellent destination for both those new to skiing and experienced skiers alike. Les Gets is home to Mont Chery, a mountain made up of wide-groomed red runs and technical black slopes; it’s an advanced skier playground. There is also a huge amount of easily accessible lift serviced off piste runs and touring routes, such as the Col Ratti, perfect for powder days.

Les Gets town centre is situated at an altitude of 1172 meters, slightly higher than neighbouring Morzine. Although comparably lower than other French resorts, Les Gets is comparably more sheltered from poor weather conditions

Yes, you can ski between Morzine and Les Gets which the Pleney mountain which divides the two towns offering some of the best tree line skiing in the Portes du Soleil along with great resturants. 

Les Gets can be affected by warmer temperatures towards the later stages of the season. However, Les Gets offers easy access to the neighbouring village of Avoriaz, which, at 1800 meters, typically has cooler temperatures later into the season.

Les Gets has access to 300 lifts as part of the connected Portes du Soleil area.
