Performance and Adventure Courses

This is entirely up to you. During the course, you’ll be training both on and off-piste. Having dedicated piste performance skis and off-piste skis would provide the best experience. If you’d prefer to stick to one pair, we recommend using all-mountain skis, as they perform well across various terrains. 

The course also includes ski touring. If you’re considering investing in a touring setup, these can double as your off-piste skis. Alternatively, touring skis are available to rent in the resort, so you can opt for this as needed.

No. You will cover all the basics needed for skiing off-piste as part of the course, so no previous experience is required.

• Yes. You will need a transceiver, shovel, probe and a suitable backpack.

Yes. It’s really important that you get suitable cover for the course. We can’t recommend specific insurance companies, but once you’re booked onto a course we’ll share a list of what to look out for when purchasing a policy.

Yes, training usually runs Monday to Friday, primarily in the mornings. If your work schedule is flexible, there’s plenty of time to fit it around the training sessions. Just keep in mind that accommodation is shared, so you’ll be living alongside others!
