Ski Lessons For Schools

Over the years, we’ve organised lessons for hundreds of schools, offering ski and snowboard instruction at 18 of Europe’s top resorts. Our awesome instructors will monitor the groups, making sure each child is placed at the right skill level. Depending on your group size, students can join our general sessions with other kids, or for larger groups, we recommend setting up exclusive sessions just for your school.

Ski and Snowboard Lessons for Large Groups

What to expect

We offer tailored lessons for primary, secondary, and youth groups, teaching children aged four and up in engaging group sessions. Our instructors are highly qualified, undergo police checks, and are trained in first aid to ensure the safety of all children on the slopes.

Our fun and outgoing team knows how to keep kids both entertained and educated on the mountain. We accommodate up to eight children per group and can easily adjust group placements as needed. Our courses are flexible, allowing you to choose between daily sessions for a week or just a few hours in the morning or afternoon—it’s entirely up to you.

We aim to make your trip as seamless as possible, relieving you of the stress of coordinating a large group. If you need assistance with lift passes, travel arrangements, or accommodation, we’re here to help.

What to bring

To join our ski lessons, each child will need ski boots, skis, poles*, and a helmet. *Poles aren’t essential for beginners, but they often come with the ski package, so it’s worth taking some per child in case you need them.

Every child will need to wear appropriate clothing for a day in the mountains. A waterproof jacket and ski pants are essential for keeping the students warm and dry in the snow. Your school group will also need gloves, a hat and eye protection (goggles recommended, sunglasses at a minimum) per student. Please encourage the students to borrow this equipment from friends if they do not own these items. Alternatively, we work with Ellis Brigham and highly recommend the large selection of ski wear they have on sale.

Why learn with New Generation

Ski lessons should inspire young skiers by supporting them as they acquire new skills, overcome challenges, build confidence, and learn to lead. Skiing not only prepares them for obstacles but also provides opportunities to celebrate triumphs and share laughter as a team.

Our children’s program features a blend of technical and exploratory challenges to keep every participant engaged. Each session is tailored to individual ability levels, focusing on helping children understand the mountain and slopes. This approach builds their confidence and empowers them to make informed decisions, rather than merely following an instructor.

All our group lessons are conducted by ski instructors who are fluent in English. While this may seem like a small detail, our ski lessons are thoughtfully designed to ensure you make the most of your incredible holiday experience.
