La Plagne is a fantastic ski resort known for its high altitude, interconnected slopes, and budget-friendly prices, making it ideal for skiers of all levels. With nearly 75 blue runs, beginners can comfortably cruise the area while mastering the basics. Look for pink signs marking the ‘Cool Ski’ areas for gentle terrain that’s perfect for practice..

For seasoned skiers, half the runs are red or black, with El Dorado offering a challenging experience. Don’t miss skiing down the north face of the iconic Bellecotte—it’s a must-do for any free-rider.

Absolutely. La Plagne offers thrilling experiences for advanced skiers with its extensive off-piste terrain and challenging slopes. The resort’s varied landscape includes freeride areas, especially around Bellecôte and Roche de Mio, providing opportunities for adventure seekers to test their skills. It offers a variety of gentle slopes, numerous ski schools, and designated beginner zones, known as ‘zone debutants,’ which provide ideal conditions for newcomers to build their confidence. The resort’s calm atmosphere and beginner-friendly facilities make it a standout choice for those new to skiing. In total La Plagne is home to 9 green runs and 73 blue runs.
