Ski School Meeting Points
Where to meet your instructor?
We have some handy tools to help you find the meeting point for your resort. Check out our maps – which have a PDF downloadable version, or use our Google map drop pins. If you open these on your phone you can navigate yourself straight to our meeting point once you’re in the resort. Find all our meeting point maps below.
Avoriaz Meeting Point
All group lessons:
The New Generation Avoriaz Ski School meeting point is situated just at the top of the Prodains Express gondola. Head up the gondola, take the escalator and turn right at the top. You will see a ticket office on your left.
Private lessons:
We can meet you wherever you like, but you must inform us beforehand. If no alternative meeting point is chosen, we’ll meet at the group lesson meeting point mentioned above – (at the top of the Prodrains Express gondola.)
Courchevel 1650 Meeting Point
The New Generation Courchevel 1650 Ski School meeting point is situated to the right of the bottom of the Ariondaz bubble. After you come up the escalators from the centre of 1650 (by the Tourist Office/ main road), continue out onto the snow front and turn immediately right, walking up on the right-hand side of the gondola. We meet about 50ms up, alongside the fencing.
Group* and Private Lessons in Courchevel 1850
Group Ski Lessons* – The New Generation Courchevel 1850 Ski School meeting point is situated below the Croisette building (building with the 3 main gondolas) on the opposite side of the road. There are some metal stairs to your right of the Forum that lead down to the piste. If you’re on skis, just ski under the bridge to your left of the Croisette building (direction 1550/Le Praz) and turn immediately right when you come out of the tunnel. There, you’ll see a purple New Generation sign.
*If you’re a Level 1 or 2 in adult group lessons or your children are in Whippersnappers, Wallabies or Arrows, you need to meet at the bottom of the Jardin Alpin gondola in front of the big pine tree.
Private Ski Lessons – Unless you request an alternative meeting point, your ski instructor will meet you at our normal Ski School Meeting point as outlined above. You can request a different meeting point no less than 24 hours before your lesson starts.
Beginners meet at the bottom of Jardin Alpin gondola
- Kid’s beginner group lessons: Whippersnappers, Wallabies or Arrows
- Adult beginner group lessons: Level 1 and Level 2
If you’re a Level 1 or 2 in adult group lessons or your children are in Whippersnappers, Wallabies or Arrows, you need to meet at the bottom of the Jardin Alpin gondola in front of the big pine tree.

La Plagne Meeting Point
Group Lessons – The New Generation La Plagne Meet Point is at the top of the Meleze chairlift above La Plagne 1800. There are no meeting point flags, so please look out for our instructors in their North Face uniforms.
Private Lessons – If our meeting point isn’t near your accommodation, please contact us, and we’ll be able to suggest a better meeting point closer to you. We need to know at the time of booking to allow us plenty of time to meet you at your preferred location.
Group* and Private Lessons in La Tania
The New Generation La Tania Ski School meeting point is situated next to the La Tania gondola. We meet by the bottom of the stairs next to the piste map. Look out for us in our North Face uniforms.
*If you’re in Adult Level 1 or 2 group lessons or your children are in Whippersnappers, Wallabies or Arrows please meet at the magic carpets.
Beginners meet at the magic carpets
- Kid’s beginner group lessons: Whippersnappers, Wallabies or Arrows
- Adult beginner group lessons: Level 1 and Level 2
If you’re a Level 1 or 2 in adult group lessons or your children are in Whippersnappers, Wallabies or Arrows, please meet us at the entrance to the Kodiak Area with the magic carpets in the village. Look out for us in our North Face uniforms.
Les Arcs 2000 Meeting Point
Group Lessons: The New Generation meeting point in Les Arcs 2000 is between the tourist office and the lift pass office (nearby and in front of the Bois de L’Ours snack bar and the tree). It is easily accessible from Les Arcs 1950 as well ( Cabriolet lift that links Les Arcs 1950 with Les Arcs 2000).
Private Lessons: Please get in touch to discuss options if you’re staying in another level of Les Arcs. For private lessons, we are happy to meet elsewhere in Les Arcs.
Les Gets Meeting Point
Group Lessons – The New Generation Les Gets Ski School meeting point is situated on the snow front, beside Chavannes Express & Chavanne bubble. Find the ticket office just off the main street, walk up the stairs onto the snow front and you will meet your instructor beside the fence.
Private Lessons – We’ll meet you at a convenient location for you. Get in touch with our team on the week of your lesson to arrange the best meeting point.
Morzine Meeting Point
To find the New Generation Morzine Ski School meeting point, go up the Pleney Bubble, then turn right. Go past the restaurant and other ski school meet points and we meet along the fence slightly around the corner by the telephone mast. Look out for us in our North Face uniforms
Peisey – Vallandry Meeting Point
The New Generation Peisey Vallandry Ski School meeting point is situated at the bottom of the Vallandry Gondola lift (No 74), it is immediately adjacent to the main lift queue, on the right-hand side. Look out for our promotional flags, we are right next to the giant piste map.
St Anton Meeting Point
The New Generation St Anton Ski School meeting points are at the top of Gampen. Our team will be easy to recognise in New Generation jackets. If you take Nasserein up, please make sure to walk/ski around to our respective meeting points or contact the office to ensure the instructor meets you at the lift exit.
Group Lessons
Please meet your instructor by the ski racks along the side of the Himmeleck restaurant at the top of Gampen. Have you never skied before? Take Nassereinbahn up! Contact the office to confirm that the instructor will meet you at the exit.
Private Lessons
Please meet your instructor by the giant resort sign between the exit of Gampen and the entrance to Kapallbahn.
Val d’Isère Meeting Point
The New Generation Val d’Isère ski school meeting point is situated on the snow front in Val d’Isere Centre. You will find it at the bottom of the Telecabine de Solaise lift. As you approach the bottom of the lift, our meeting point is to the left in front of the row of trees. Look out for us in our North Face uniforms.
Ski and Snowboard Lessons in Verbier
The New Generation meeting point in Verbier is at Arctic Juice café. Next to W hotel and directly opposite the Medran lift station.
